Welcome to the Guringay Gloucester contact page.
Email: contact@guringaygloucester.org
Guringay Gloucester is a cultural heritage organisation representing descendants of three significant Aboriginal family bloodlines connected to Gloucester, Barrington, Copeland and Rawdon Vale areas:
-
Jack Springheel and his descendants
-
Jack Cook and Jessie Brummy and their descendants
-
Susan Russell (née Cook), her descendants
Each family bloodline has its own circle of Elders and family advisers. This ensures that cultural enquiries are considered by the appropriate descendants and that no person or family speaks on behalf of another bloodline without consultation.
